Seals rape penguins - Explanation

Seals rape penguins in 2014 - Explanation

Animals of lineage that are differentiated by the phenotype and manage to do crossing, producing
hybrid younglets, are recognized like members of the same species, divided in races. In certain cases, animals of different species, however looking related, manage to cross and to produce younglets, but these are sterile, like what takes place with the baby animals of equine with asinine.
The novelty of what was observed in this year of 2014 in the south of the planet, with males of seals raping penguins, intrigued the investigators, because they are very different species. Penguin is a bird, not flying, of the family Spheniscidae, order Sphenisciformes. The seal is a sea mammal of the family Phocidae, order Pinnipedia. So, seal and penguin already distinguish in the order, being distanced more in family, genus and species. By the standard functioning of the nature, was not in order that they was crossed.
The animals work like machine (Chauvin, Rémy; 1975 - L'éthologie, étude biologique du comportement animal), because of having intelligence of species, but not intelligence of individual, what makes unfeasible the capacity of reasoning and of free-judgement. If an animal practices with another animal some act that is possible to classify like decided cruelty, this happens for human interference. Any behaviour that is out of the natural standard, also, unless some not anthropogenic climatic change provokes attitudes unknown in common time. But, even in this case, there would be a standard, unknown by the human observation.
The case of the crossing of the seals with the penguins does not belong to the natural standard of animal behaviour. The bet of the investigators is that there is some human interference in this change, and this is true.
The fact happens because of the global anthropogenic heating.
How is it possible to explain this?
In normal times in the life of these animals, the females of seals release pheromones in their periods of
mating season and the water of the sea is lightly contaminated by these secretions.
The penguins share this water, swimming in the same streams. With the subtropical usual temperature, the males of seal were rid of confusing the pheromones of their females with the same hormone
impregnated in the body of the penguins or of any another species that sails by the seas.
The global heating is what confused the sense of smell of the seals. Heated, more than the shown in the
type of life that this species was taking up in the beginning of the 21st century, the penguins started to give off the pheromone that they catch in the water of the sea, released by the females of seals in the period of mating season.
In this form, the males of seal imagine the penguins are a disguise and attack them sexually, without any bad intention, but already provoking in them the disappointment of the "cock of Bertrand Russell", which always found his owner the best of the men, who was bringing it corn every day, up to the day in which he came with the knife.
